Chad Ketler
President & CEO

Mr. Ketler has been with Community Properties of Ohio since its inception in April 2003. He is currently President & CEO of Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO Management), an affiliate of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH). CPO Management began as a $133 million preservation initiative, consisting of 250 buildings and 1,385 scattered-site units in seven inner-city neighborhoods. This effort sought to create neighborhood stability and a climate of revitalization through housing renovation and effective management. Mr. Ketler is responsible for directing all facets of the organization including financial management, operations and business development. He also serves as the President & CEO of the 501(c)3, Community Properties Impact Corporation (CPO Impact) and plays a key role in maintaining the mission-driven focus of the organization.

Mr. Ketler serves on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Compliance Advisory Committee. He is an active member of the CAA (Columbus Apartment Association), represents CPO nationally through NAHMA (National Affordable Housing Management Association), and is the former President of MAHMA (Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association).


Dr. David Campbell
Organizational Development Consultant

Dr. David Campbell initially worked with OCCH as a consultant on due diligence and acquisition of the original 1,385 units of the CPO Management portfolio. In 2004, he became the Chief of Staff for CPO Management, affiliate of OCCH, with primary responsibility of implementing management systems and processes needed to build a customer-focused, mission-driven culture of continuous improvement. This included implementing a Balanced Scorecard approach to strategic planning and performance management, with supporting operational metrics; leadership and team development; staffing and staff development. In September of 2015, Dr. Campbell returned to his consulting practice and continues work actively with CPO leadership as Organizational Development Consultant.

Dr. Campbell has worked for over two decades in organizational development consulting. As a facilitator with the Chief Executive Network for over twenty years, he has worked with CEOs and senior executives from hundreds of companies large and small, who come together to share expertise and shorten the learning curve in improving organizational performance. Dr. Campbell received his Bachelors and Masters of Psychology degrees from Brigham Young University, and his PhD from Purdue University.


Barry Stayer
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stayer joined Community Properties of Ohio Management Services in July 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. He provides asset management level oversight on financial projects as well as overseeing all day-to-day operations of the accounting department. He has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in the non-profit, public, and affordable housing industry. Mr. Stayer has demonstrated a strong commitment to non-profit organizations, serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for a number of organizations, as well as serving on finance committees and performing financial reviews for several small non profits. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Akron.


Regina Clemons
Chief Program Officer

Ms. Clemons joined Community Properties of Ohio in November of 2016 and is responsible for providing leadership to CPO's resident service division, CPO Impact. She applies her expertise in quality assurance management and fiscal responsive expertise to seek highly-successful and cost-controlled results. Ms. Clemons began her career as a Senior Service Coordinator with the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority in Toledo, OH. She brings over 25 years experience in non-profit management and housing. She is a strong visionary, delivering success through building, leading, and inspiring staff that realizes and increases performance while remaining dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions that satisfies the organization goal.


Rod Suman
IT Manager

Mr. Suman has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology field in both the public and private sectors. The primary focus throughout his career has been improving the efficiency of business processes through the management, architecture and engineering of large scale technology solutions. In 2014, he joined Community Properties of Ohio to oversee the Information Technology needs of the company and to increase the operational standards, integration capabilities and efficiency of the company's core information systems.


Casey Bolitho
Database Systems Analyst

Ms. Bolitho became the Database Systems Analyst in August 2017. Primary responsibilities include data development, design and configuration of data systems, and creation of reports to support performance measurement and program evaluation. She is the data lead for the Weinland Park Family-Centered Community Change Initiative, managing the flow of data among service and evaluation partners. Ms. Bolitho joined Community Properties of Ohio in June 2012 as Grants Manager. During her five years in that role, she established a strong infrastructure for fiscal management and compliance. Ms. Bolitho holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Kenyon College and a Master's of Social Work from the Ohio State University College of Social Work, concentrating in social work administration.


Gail Adams
Service Coordinator Lead

Mrs. Adams joined Community Properties of Ohio in March 2005 as Senior Service Coordinator. She coordinates with social service agencies and other community resources to assist senior and disabled residents to age in place. She works to ensure these residents receive needed resources such as home health, shopping and transportation services. Additional responsibilities include assisting seniors to access pantries and other food distributions agencies, coordinating medical needs, and providing emotional and mental health support. Mrs. Adams has over ten years experience in field of service coordination. She is certified in the field of Professional Service Coordination and is a member of the American Association of Service Coordinators (AASC). She currently serves as Service Coordinator Lead, responsible for the oversight of all service coordinators. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a specialization in the field of Gerontology.


Alex Barkley
Collaborations Manager

Mr. Barkley joined Community Properties of Ohio in July 2013 and was promoted to Collaborations Manager in April 2017. He provides organization of the work of key partners and administrative support to agencies collaborating on the FCCC Initiative (Columbus City Schools, Community Properties of Ohio, The Godman Guild Association, and The Ohio State University) in the Weinland Park neighborhood. Alex has over 7 years of experience in community organizing, communications, program management, philanthropy, and more. He has demonstrated an ability to coordinate and manage multifaceted and complex community initiatives and programs. He holds Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Public Management and Leadership from Northern Illinois University.


Traci Blaylock
Engagement Specialist

Mr. Blaylock joined Community Properties of Ohio in September 2017 as an Engagement Specialist. He provides direct service to residents as a member of our Resident Service team. Mr. Blaylock has a passion to serve as an agent for change in under-resourced communities. He possesses over 7 years' experience in education, training and non-profit management.


Beverly Brown
Service Coordinator

Ms. Brown joined Community Properties of Ohio in August 2011 as Service Coordinator. She provides service coordination to senior residents at Horizon House Apartments in Portsmouth, Ohio. She works to ensure that residents receive needed resources such as home health, shopping and transportation services. Additional responsibilities include assisting seniors to access to pantries and other food distributions agencies, coordinating medical needs, and providing emotional and mental health support. She has over twelve years experience in the field of Social Work. Ms. Brown is a licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio and holds a Master's degree in Social Work.


Chasity Edwards
School & Community Liaison

Ms. Edwards joined Community Properties of Ohio in July of 2017 as School & Community Liaison. She provides project management and evaluation services to the Resident Services Department as well as Weinland Park Elementary School. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of education. Ms. Edwards has demonstrated vision and collaboration. She holds a Masters Degree in Education.


Brenda Golson
Family Coach

Mrs. Golson joined Community Properties of Ohio on January 27, 2016 as a Family Coach. She works in Core Services to provide one on one coaching to residents and helps locate resources for barrier removal. She previously worked as a case manager for Franklin County. Mrs. Golson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the Ohio State University and has acquired her social work license.


Shanda Hayes
Resident Services Operation Manager

Ms. Hayes joined Community Properties of Ohio in July 2017 as Resident Services Operation Manager. She provides administrative, accounting, and grants management support to ensure proficient and effectual operations of the CPO Impact Resident Services department for residents, staff, and community partners. She monitors existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness while creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include, coordinating supportive services for the department, assisting in the day to day operations, and coordination of departmental activities. Ms. Hayes has over fifteen years' experience in the field of operations. She possesses an Associates of Science degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science degree in the same field.


Nicole Hill
Childhood Strategy Coordinator

Ms. Hill joined Community Properties of Ohio in April of 2015 and is our Childhood Strategy Coordinator. She oversees all CPO Childhood Initiatives and helps coordinate the asset building programs for our residents. Ms. Hill has a demonstrated passion for working with children and families. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Education.


DaVita Jackson
Graphic Designer

Mrs. Jackson joined Community Properties of Ohio in 2013 and was promoted to Graphic Designer in December 2016. She graduated from Ohio Dominican University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Communication Studies. As a former resident of CPO Management, her perspective provides an acute understanding of the barriers residents and CPO Impact participants experience. Mrs. Jackson has an extensive background working with nonprofits such as Ohio State University Extension, Ohio Historical Society, and Godman Guild. Prior to becoming Graphic Designer, Mrs. Jackson began working for CPO Management as an AmeriCorps VISTA in 2009 and a Graphic Design consultant in 2010.


Tanja Jones
Resident Services, Family Achievement Coach

Ms. Jones joined Community Properties of Ohio on June 16, 2014 as Resident Services, Family Achievement Coach. Ms. Jones is a part of the Resident Services department providing community support, mentoring and coaching to the identified families in the Weinland Park community. She has over 23 years’ experience in the Child Welfare & Family Preservation field. Ms. Jones has demonstrated a positive, nurturing and hard-working attitude working with families and co-workers. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio since 1992. Ms. Jones has been a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 1992. Ms. Jones also has formal training in American Sign Language (ASL) and is Supreme Court trained in basic mediation.


Kontarh Kpogba-Davies
Service Coordinator

Mrs. Kpogba-Davies joined Community Properties of Ohio in March of 2018 as Service Coordinator for the residents of Cambridge Arms. She helps aging seniors maintain independent living by linking them with appropriate providers and community resources. She was born in Liberia's capital Monrovia before moving to Brooklyn, NY where she completed her high school education. In 2011, she relocated to Columbus, OH and started a new adventure as a Service Coordinator. Mrs. Kpogba-Davies possesses a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Franklin University as well as a Bachelor's in Sociology from West Virginia State University.


Sarah Lewis
Marketing & Communications Manager

Ms. Lewis joined CPO Management in December, 2009 and was promoted to Marketing & Communications Manager in August 2012. Her responsibilities include working with leadership, operations and our resident services division to direct marketing and communication efforts on behalf of the organization and across 35 partnerships and numerous service initiatives. She engages in the development and execution of strategic and effective communications plans.

Ms. Lewis collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure all communication strategies and messages are aligned with business objectives. She has diverse expertise in the areas of brand management, commercial art and digital communication. Prior to Community Properties of Ohio, she has worked with regional and national housing developers including Dominion Homes and Lennar Urban. She brings over 19 years' experience in residential, retail and multifamily real estate.


Renee Minor
Resident Services, Family Achievement Coach

Mrs. Minor joined Community Properties of Ohio in January 2016 as Resident Services, Family Achievement Coach. Primary responsibilities include working with Next Doors families to establish and achieve goals aligned with FCCC objectives. Additional responsibilities include support when Choice families seek additional help in achieving goals and referral resources. Prior to accepting the position of Family Achievement Coach, Renee Minor held a position as a Workforce Development Coordinator with IMPACT. She identified and developed employment opportunities for individuals at or below 150% federal income guidelines. Renee Minor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati. Mrs. Minor is also a Certified Financial and Housing Counselor with National Foundation for Credit Counseling.


Tenika Murray
Resident Services, Family Achievement Coach

Ms. Murray joined Community Properties of Ohio in October 2014 and was promoted to Family Achievement Coach in 2017. She has experience in community organization and working with at-risk families. Ms. Murray is passionate about community based work and looks forward to establishing long term relationships with residents. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Women Studies.


Brittany Shelton
AmeriCorps Manager

Ms. Shelton joined Community Properties of Ohio in January 2016 and currently serves as the AmeriCorps Manager with Resident Services. This role allows her to work within her passions of child educational development as well as adult personal and professional development. Ms. Shelton has demonstrated the tenacity to work towards her ultimate goal in development, for herself and especially, for others. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology that fits nicely with meeting the current needs of individuals to improve upon their future lives.


Dauntea Sledge
Engagement Specialist, Safe Neighborhood Initiative

Mr. Sledge joined Community Properties of Ohio in September 2013 as Engagement Specialist with the Safe Neighborhood Initiative, providing community outreach and engagement in the Weinland Park community. He has over six years of experience in the field of community outreach, advocacy for low-income families and foster youth. Mr. Sledge has an ability to develop meaningful relationships with residents and create innovative engagement strategies. He is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Columbus State Community College.


Robin Stuntz
Transitional Jobs Work Crew Supervisor

Ms. Stuntz joined Community Properties of Ohio in May of 2016 as a Maintenance Mechanic. She was promoted to Transitional Jobs Work Crew Supervisor with cpoWORKS in November of 2017. In this role, she provides coaching and development for work crews of CPO and CPO-like residents doing maintenance on CPO managed properties, as part of the Pathways to Work program. This program allows participants to gain valuable work skills, build confidence, and engage in personal and professional development activities with the goal of achieving stable, long term employment. Ms. Stuntz has over 15 years of experience working in the construction, maintenance, and service industries including 4 years as a supervisor.


Seth Vanhorn
cpoWORKS Manager

Mr. VanHorn joined Community Properties of Ohio in September of 2015 as a Transitional Jobs Work Crew Supervisor. He was promoted to cpoWORKS Manager in late 2016, and in this role he oversees CPO's transitional employment opportunities, as well as other employment related services. Prior to working at CPO, Seth spent 10 years working with AmeriCorps and service programs in California, Alaska, Texas and Utah, in positions ranging from AmeriCorps member to Regional Coordinator. Several of those years were spent integrating conservation and work skills with high school education curriculum for underserved youth. Throughout these experiences Seth developed a passion for helping others work toward their goals and increase their skills and abilities. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography from Ohio University.


Shekeila Whitehead
Family Coach Team Lead

Ms. Whitehead joined Community Properties of Ohio in February 2014 as the cpoWORKS Program Assistant. She now serves as Family Coach Team Lead providing educational support and job readiness training to residents. She has five years' experience in the social services field. Ms. Whitehead has demonstrated experience in case management and is a resource to CPO Resident Services. Her knowledge of relevant community resources and ability to keep members on track with their goals has proven invaluable. CPO residents and participants look to Ms. Whitehead for assistance with barrier removal and problem solving. She holds a Master degree in Criminal Justice from University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The Ohio State University.
